The problem of the uninsured is continuing to grow.ย The federal government estimates that 47 million individuals lacked health insurance coverage of any kind during 2006.ย Other research shows that tens of millions more Americans go without health coverage for shorter periods of time.
St. Maryโs Hospital offers a Payment Assistance Program for hospital services to those patients who are determined eligible.ย If you are eligible, you may receive services at no charge or at a discounted rate.ย The hospital is here to serve your health care needs, regardless of your ability to pay.ย
