On Nov. 22 at 5:35 a.m., officers executed a search and seizure warrant at a house in the 11700 block of Lancelot Drive in Waldorf, as the result of an ongoing drug investigation.
Officers recovered crack cocaine, marijuana and related paraphernalia inside the house.
The suspect, Kwasi Omatao Louard-Clark, 22 of Waldorf, was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance.
He was remanded to the Charles County Detention Center.
