UPDATE
Prince Frederick, MD – At 7:15 p.m. the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office announced the crash scene at the Barstow Road-Stoakley Road intersection had been cleared. The road was initially closed shortly after 12 noon.
Prince Frederick, MD – Shortly after noon Thursday, Sept. 29, a vehicle went down an embankment at the Barstow Road-Stoakley Road intersection. According to the Prince Frederick Volunteer Fire Department, one person was trapped. Crews subsequently extricated the injured person.
The road has been temporarily shut down.
Prince Frederick, MD – Advisory: At 12:15 p.m. the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office reported that Barstow Road at Stoakley Road is currently shut down due to an accident.
