ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The Annapolis Police Department is seeking the whereabouts of critically missing man, Charles Kaufman, 27, who was last seen Aug. 9, 2018.
Charles Kaufman, Caucasian Male, 5’10”, 145 lbs with blue eyes and short, ear length brown hair. He has a sleeve of tattoos on his right forearm and another tattoo on the inside of his left forearm.
He was last seen in the 1100 block of Marda Lane. Family members are concerned for Charles Kaufman’s welfare and have reported him missing. There are factors which make Charles Kaufman a critically missing person.
