On Oct. 27, at 8:59 p.m., deputies responded to a residence on Norris Street in Leonardtown for the report of a disturbance.
An investigation by Deputy Campbell revealed a physical altercation had occurred between two subjects.
The suspect, a 17-year-old juvenile, bit her mother on the back during the altercation. The juvenile then obtained an umbrella and threw it into a wall causing damage to the wall.
The juvenile was arrested and charged with assault 2nd degree and property destruction under $500 and released pending further action by juvenile authorities.
