At 4:30 p.m. Jan. 26, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 3800 block of Kelly Green Place in Waldorf for the report of an assault in progress involving an armed person.
Upon arrival, Cpl. T. Lee confronted Keith Alan Younger, 41, of Waldorf, who aggressively advanced toward the officer
Younger refused to comply with the officer’s orders and resisted arrest. Cpl. Lee deployed his taser, immediately immobilizing Younger.
Younger was arrested and charged with assault and resisting arrest. He was being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner.
