Tidewater Archaeology Days, at Historic St. Maryโ€™s City on Friday and Saturday, July 26 and 27, 2013, offers the public an opportunity to explore archaeology at one of the best-preserved colonial sites in the nation.ย  Visitors can help uncover bits of Marylandโ€™s past, take special guided tours of sites and the archaeology laboratory, and discover how researchers use historic and archaeological evidence to re-create the past.ย ย ย 

Special activities are scheduled from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.ย  Tidewater Archaeology activities are included in museum admission ($10.00 adults, $9.00 seniors, $6 students, and free for those 5 years and under) along with entrance to all museum exhibits, including a representative 17th-century tall ship, the Godiah Spray Plantation, the State House of 1676, the Woodland Indian Hamlet, and the Brick Chapel.
