On November 20, 2010 at 12:12 a.m., Tpr. E. T. Reuschling observed a Ford SUV on the shoulder of Maryland Route 245 in the area of Dorsey Park.
Upon making contact with the occupants of the vehicle, Tpr. Reuschling was advised all the occupants were en route to an address in Hollywood, MD. While information was obtained from multiple passengers in the vehicle, Cpl. P. A. Trossbach interviewed a male juvenile, 17, of Hollywood whom was observed switching seats upon the Trooper’s arrival on the scene. The juvenile became increasingly disorderly and aggressive, and was ultimately arrested for Obstructing and Hindering, Resisting Arrest, and Disorderly Conduct.
The juvenile was transported to the Maryland State Police Leonardtown Barrack and later released to a guardian pending further action by juvenile services.
