On Sept. 25, Corporal Peacher was patrolling Millison Plaza in Lexington Park, when he observed Willie Sheldon Miller, 42 of no fixed address, loitering at businesses and stopping patrons walking in to businesses.
Cpl. Peacher contacted Miller and detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage. Miller was told he was not to loiter and disturb the patrons. Miller initially agreed to leave and walked away. A short time later Cpl. Peacher observed Miller again. Miller was yelling and disturbing patrons of the businesses. Cpl. Peacher issued Miller a no trespassing notice and directed him to leave. Miller refused to leave.
Cpl. Peacher arrested Miller and charged him with disorderly conduct and trespassing.
