Bryan O’Neal Yates (Age 18 of Indian Head, Md) was arrested by Deputy James Stone.
Deputy Stone arrived at a Hollywood establishment and the Suspect was acting disorderly after an event had concluded.
He was told to cease his actions and he continued shouting profanities. He was arrested for Disorderly Conduct.
