On Dec. 21, deputies responded to the Maryland Bank & Trust in Lexington Park, for a trespassing complaint.
Upon arrival they located Kevin Eugene Watts, 45 of Lexington Park, standing on the property of Maryland Bank & Trust. Deputies confirmed Watts had previously been served with a No Trespassing Notice for the property. Watts was arrested for trespassing.
As deputies were arresting Watts, Mary Agnes Morgan, 39 of Lexington Park, walked down the roadway leading to the bank yelling at the deputies not to arrest her boyfriend, Watts. Deputies warned Morgan not to approach and to stop yelling. Morgan’s disorderly behavior was attracting the attention of several bank patrons. Morgan refused to obey the deputies and continued to yell.
Morgan was arrested for failing to obey a lawful order of a police officer and disorderly conduct.
