On February 4, 2011 deputies responded to a residence on Old Great Mills Road in Great Mills, for a report of assault in progress.
Investigation revealed Jennifer Maria Price, 29 of California, Md., was engaged in a verbal dispute with the victim which escalated into a physical assault when Price struck the victim in the back of the head.
Price was arrested and charged with second degree assault.
