At 4:40 p.m. March 24, TFC M. Laney of the Leonardtown trooper barrack responded to Piney Point Road, Callaway, for a reported assault.
The victim said her boyfriend, 17, and she got into an argument inside his vehicle. He pulled her out and she ran inside the residence.
He followed and then scratched, hit and pulled out a clump of her hair.
The victim refused medical attention.
The juvenile was arrested, charged with assault and released to a parent pending disposition by Juvenile Authorities.
