On Dec.14, Deputy R. Nielson responded to Hilton Drive in Lexington Park, for a report of a domestic disturbance.
Investigation revealed Mayra Dunn, 32 of Lexington Park, was involved in a verbal dispute which escalated into a physical assault when Dunn struck the victim in arm and neck.
Dunn was arrested for second-degree assault.
