On May 30, at approximately 12:08 p.m., the driver, Annie Cecilia Carroll, 78 of Lexington Park, was attempting to park her 2001 Ford Windstar in the parking lot of the Rite Aid in Millison Plaza in Lexington Park.
The driver pressed the accelerator instead of the brake causing the vehicle to collide into the building. The vehicle came to rest inside the Rite Aid.
Ms. Carroll was not injured in the collision.
