On May 15, at 1:15 p.m., Joseph Wayne Bosse, 26 of Mechanicsville, was arrested by TFC J. Stern for possession of cocaine and possession of CDS paraphernalia.
Bosse was operating a black Ford Taurus on Point Lookout Road, south of St. Mary’s College when he was stopped for an equipment violation. Bosse was arrested for driving under the Influence. A search incident to the arrest revealed Bosse was in possession of cocaine and a glass CDS smoking device.
Bosse was transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
