At 12:46p.m., on December 16, Rt. 2/4, Port Republic, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation. TFC Slifer assisted at the scene.
A consent search was granted by the operator. During this search, suspected marijuana and CDS paraphernalia were recovered from the vehicle.
Arrested at that time for possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia was Desmond Alexander Lloyd Walsh, 22, of Mitchellville, Maryland. After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
