At 1:30 a.m. on December 21, on Gunsmoke Trail in Lusby, TPR Towers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
A computer check revealed that the operator was driving on a revoked license.
Incident to arrest, CDS paraphernalia containing suspected cocaine was located in the vehicle. Arrested at that time for possession of cocaine and CDS paraphernalia was Joshua David Billingsley, 21, of Lusby, a passenger in the vehicle.
After processing, he was transported to the CCDC to await a commissioner’s hearing.
