Chazze Lemarco Hall andย Renee Eileen Hill
Prince Frederick, MD – On March 23, Dfc. Livingston of the Calvert County Sheriff’s Office was dispatched to the Walmart in Prince Frederick for an armed robbery in progress. Upon arrival, Livingston observed a male, later identified as Chazze Lemarco Hall, 25, of Huntingtown, running from the front of the store into the woods. Livingston initiated a chase on foot into the woods. According to charging documents, โAfter ignoring several commands to stop, Hall stopped at a creek bed, and succumbed to the police orders to get on the ground. He was placed under arrest, and escorted back into the parking lot.โ
Upon arrival back in the store, Livingston found the victim of the robbery, later identified as Renee Eileen Hill, 23, of Lusby. Hill claimed that she went to the Walmart to cash her check, and saw Hall, who she went to high school with, and struck up a casual conversation. She claims he asked her to walk towards the bathroom area, and she complied. When they got near the bathroom, she claims Hall reached into her purse and stole her money. At which point, she claims he ran from the store.
Upon Livingston hearing this, he talked to Hall out in his patrol car. According to charging documents, ย “Mr. Hall alleged that he had met Ms. Hill to sell her ‘five folds of heroin for $100.’ โ Livingston then went and observed the security footage with the manager, and observed both Mr. Hall and Ms. Hill casually walking through the Walmart, and ending up near the restroom area.โ The footage showed them entering the respective restrooms, and staying in for approximately five seconds. Mr. Hall was running towards the door, and Ms. Hill was giving chase. She caught him at the door pulled him back into the store. They both walk towards the restroom area again, where Mr. Hall pushed Ms Hill to the ground, and fled from the store.”
Now having watched the tape, Livingston approached Hill again. Hill admitted that she was going to buy pills from Hall, and claimed that he said that he would have to meet his โguyโ in the bathroom to get the product.
Both were transported to the jail, and charged accordingly. Hall was charged with second-degree assault and theft: less than $1,000. Hill was charged with second-degree assault.
Both defendants are tentatively scheduled to appear in District Court for a hearing May 9.
