On June 1 at around noon Dep. M. Quinn responded to the outside of Calvert Orthopedics on Town Center Boulevard in Dunkirk for the report of a drunken man trespassing and harassing patients. Quinn made contact with the man and advised him he was not allowed on the property and sent on his way. Dep. Quinn was called back a second time for the same complaint and arrested the man, identified as Harry Jackson Young, 55, of no fixed address. Young has been charged with trespass, disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
