Police were called to assist EMT’s from Solomons with a drunk male in a vehicle in front of Catamaran’s Restaurant on February 2 at 3:28 p.m.
Edmund S. Spinney, 57 of Lusby, was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence and resisting arrest after he failed to obey the orders of Dep. Mark Robshaw.
