Dep. Kevin Hall observed a vehicle driving erratically on northbound Rt. 4 in Sunderland near Skinners Turn Road on January 25 at 10:00 p.m.
After determining the subject was under the influence of alcohol, a search incident to arrest revealed suspected cocaine in the vehicle.
Robert W. Smith, 40 of Prince Frederick, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence, possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
