On May 4, at 1:11 p.m., Tpr. J. Gibson responded to the 45000 block of Foxchase Drive in Lexington Park for reported disturbance.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the defendant, Elvis Tyrell Frederick, 22 of Loveville. Frederick was standing outside an apartment yelling obscenities. While speaking to Frederick, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was emitting from his breath. Contact was then made with a female witness, 22 of Lexington Park, who advised she observed Frederick break the glass in the sliding door.
Frederick was taken into custody and transported to the St. Mary’s County Detention Center where he was held pending a bond review with the District Court Commissioner.
