At 8:22 a.m. Feb. 22, TFC L. Nims of the Leonardtown barrack initiated an investigation into the theft of items from a residence on Dudley Road in Mechanicsville.
The victim advised that her daughter was having a party on Feb. 18, which concluded at approximately 3:30 a.m. the next morning.
The victim said that when she awoke on the 19th the items were missing. Three suspects were identified: Brandon Wayne Scott, 21; Craig Mitchell Brady, 21; and Britni Ericha Scott, 20, all from Indian Head.
Mr. Scott and Mr. Brady advised that the stolen items were in Ms. Scott’s vehicle. They stated that they were intoxicated and didn’t mean any harm.
They returned the items to the victim.
Criminal summonses were served on all three for theft.
