On May 21 at 1:36 a.m. on Route 4 in Owings, Trooper Korn stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation.
The operator, Lisa Marie Schriver, 23, of Lexington Park, was subsequently arrested for driving under the influence. Incident to the arrest, a search of the vehicle produced a baggie of suspected marijuana and a drug smoking device.
Schriver was then additionally charged with possession of marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. After processing, she was transported to the Calvert County Detention Center to await a commissioner’s hearing.
