On March 24, at approximately 12:53 p.m., TFC S. Murphy responded to Jerry’s Subs and Pizza located at 2272 Crain Highway in Waldorf, regarding an employee theft.
TFC Murphy made contact with the owner, Mohamed Ahlaji Sesay, who advised that one of his employees, Silmar Cerrato Perez, 23 of Waldorf, fraudulently wrote a check from his companies Bank of America checkbook for $455.00. Perez cashed the check at Waldorf Liquor Store.
Perez was arrested and charged with theft under $1000.
