WALDORF, Md. – Authorities are seeking information on a fire that destroyed a woman’s car during the early hours of Saturday, July 7.
At 1:01 a.m., a crew from the Waldorf VFD responded to the parking lot of Westchester Square, Waldorf for the report of a vehicle fire. Upon arrival they discovered a burning 2015 Chrysler Sedan and extinguished the fire within a minute.
Investigation revealed that the cause of the fire to be incendiary and started from inside the vehicle. The overall cost of damage is estimated to be $15,000.
