On July 22, at 1:06 p.m., Dep. Andrew Clas was advised by a homeowner on Oxbow Lane in Lusby that a former roommate would not leave the residence despite being asked numerous times.
Dep. Clas made contact with the subject, identified as Kody Walter August, 21 of King George, and found him to be in possession of suspected marijuana.
He was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a cigar blunt with suspected marijuana inside) and possession of a controlled dangerous substance, a half pill of Percocet, a schedule II drug.
