Update – All travel lanes are now open .

Update – Two patients have been transported to a local hospital for medical treatment. 

UPDATE 4:15 p.m.- The southbound right lane is currently closed. Units are clearing up the scene. Expect residual delays. 

Mechanicsville, MD- At 3:49 p.m. a motor vehicle collision was reported on Three Notch Road in the area of Loveville Road. There are injuries reported with this incident. 

Use caution in the area, watch for emergency vehicles, and expect delays.
