On April 24 at 4:48 a.m., members of the Warrant Fugitive Unit, Child Support Enforcement Unit and patrol responded to a residence in the 17100 block of Russell Drive in Cobb Island to serve a warrant.
Officers found Brandy Sue Smith-Harper, 34, of no fixed address, hiding in a closet.
Smith-Harper had six open warrants and was arrested without further incident.
The resident of the house was arrested and charged with obstructing justice and harboring a fugitive.
