Sometime between 10:30 a.m. Sept. 8 and 10:30 a.m. Sept. 9, suspect(s) spray-painted gang-related symbols and initials on an unoccupied building located at 11100 Billingsley Road in Waldorf.
The symbols are believed to be related to the “Crips.” The damage to the building was valued at more than $500.
