At 7:38 a.m. on February 21, Charles County Sheriff’s officers responded to a residence in the 7400 block of Elena Drive in Bryans Road for the report of a domestic dispute.
Darius Troy Posey, 41, who lives at the residence, reported his girlfriend was throwing his personal belongings out of the house.
During the investigation, officers discovered Posey was in possession of crack cocaine and three smoking devices. Posey was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was being held at the Charles County Detention Center pending an appearance before a district court commissioner.
