On July 29 at 4:16 p.m., Trooper Rucker responded to the Food Lion Grocery Store in Prince Frederick for a reported theft.
The suspect was located at the intersection of Rt. 231 and Prince Frederick Blvd. The stolen items were recovered.
Joseph F. Gross, 49 of Port Republic, was arrested and incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
