Hollywood, MD – Incumbent Calvert County Commissioner Mike Hart is seeking a second four-year term on the board. The Lusby resident grew up in the county and graduated from Calvert High School. He is married with two children. Hart owns and operates Patuxent Wine and Spirits.
In his first foray into politics in 2014, Hart defeated an incumbent county commissioner and a member of the Board of Education in the Republican Primary. In November of that year Hart easily won election to the board representing the First Election District.
