Sometime overnight between August 18 and August 19, suspect(s) spray painted racially offensive phrases on vehicles and residences in South Hampton on Bryans Road.
The Charles County Sheriff’s Office responded to Monmouth Court for the first reports of property destruction and after canvassing the area discovered additional victims on Crecy Court, Long Bow Court and Chippewa Street.
The suspect(s) also shattered windows on two vehicles. Eight vehicles, five residences and a mailbox were damaged.
Detectives and members of the Forensic Science and Community Policing units responded to the scene to assist patrol officers.
