At 12:51 P.M. on Friday, January 27, 2012, rescue crews were dispatched to the intersection of Golden Beach Road and Triangle drive in Charlotte Hall for the personal injury accident. Crews arrived on scene to find two vehicles off the road way, each with front end damage and all occupants out of their vehicles. One patient wanted to be transported to be checked over and one patient signed a refusal. The last fire/EMS unit cleared the scene at 1:06 P.M.
45 minutes after the initial dispatch at 1:36, rescue crews were re-dispatched to the scene of the accident for a patient now complaining of chest pain. The patient was transported to the local emergency department.
