The Charles County Commissioners will conduct a consolidated public hearing on Dec. 12, at 7 p.m. in the Auditorium of the Charles County Government Building on Developers Rights and Responsibilities. Agreements requested by Holly Hall Properties, LLC and Shelwick I, LLC for three subdivisions: Holly Hall, Leighland Meadows, and Piney Grove Estates.

Citizens who wish to make oral or written comments on the proposals are encouraged to attend the public hearing. Those individuals or representatives of groups wishing to speak must sign in. Speaker sign up will begin ½ hour prior to the hearing and will end when the hearing begins. Each speaker will be allotted three minutes. The hearing will last no longer than two hours.
The County Commissioners, however, reserve the right to extend the time frame allotted for the hearing.
Written comments may be submitted in lieu of oral testimony, or to expand upon oral testimony.
