Help identify suspect who stole wallet

Lexington Park, Maryland – On Tuesday April 28, 2015, at 4:26 PM, a customer left his wallet on the counter at the Rod N Reel Fishing & Hunting store located at 18161 Three Notch Road.

The suspect pictured below, picked up the wallet, placed it in his pocket, and left the store. The suspect was possibly wearing a Carolina Panthers baseball hat. This is best possible image quality.
