Hogan, Jealous face-off in debate later this month

ANNAPOLIS, Md. – The campaigns for Governor Larry Hogan and Democratic nominee Ben Jealous reached an agreement today regarding the general election debate schedule.

The campaigns agreed to participate in a single, hour-long debate on September 24 hosted, moderated and broadcast statewide by Maryland Public Television. WBAL and WJLA will also broadcast the debate. The panel of questioners will include media outlets representing all regions of the state: The Baltimore Sun, The Washington Post, WMDT, and the Hagerstown Herald-Mail.

The debate will be recorded live to tape and will air at 7:00 PM on September 24.
