Holocaust Survivors Describe their Experiences

ย (St. Maryโs City, MD) March 29, 2011โTwo survivors of the Holocaust will describe their experiences to students and the public at 4 p.m. Thursday, April 7, in Cole Cinema at St. Maryโs College of Maryland. Charlene Schiff, of Poland, survived in the forest by herself for three winters after losing her entire family. Martin Weiss, of Hungary, was a slave laborer in three camps, including Auschwitz-Birkenau.
St. Mary’s College of Maryland, designated the Maryland state honors college in 1992, is ranked one of the best public liberal arts schools in the nation by U.S. News & World Report. More than 2,000 students attend the college, nestled on the St. Mary’s River in Southern Maryland
