On April 25, at approximately 2:08 a.m., Trooper B. Sorenson responded to the Holiday Inn on St. Patrick’s Drive in Waldorf and made contact with TFC J. Edelen who was working off duty.
TFC Edelen advised he could smell the odor of burnet marijuana on the second floor.
Contact was made with Herman Sean Lue, 36 of Miami, Florida.
Lue was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
