At 3:50 p.m. Aug. 30, Calvert Sheriff Deputy Aaron Locke responded to a home on South Shore Terrace in Prince Frederick for the report of a burglary.
The victim reported that his home had been burglarized between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. that day.
The suspect(s) stole approximately $10,000 worth of items from within the home and a 2003 Lincoln Aviator SUV.
At about 9:50 p.m. that same day, Dep. Thomas Rickard responded to Barstow Road in Prince Frederick for an abandoned vehicle call and discovered the Lincoln Aviator.
Dep. Locke is continuing the investigation.
