Sometime between 9 p.m. Nov. 12 and 1 p.m. Nov. 14, suspects cut a phone line and entered a basement window of a residence in the 4200 block of Jambeau Place in White Plains.
The suspects stole watches, a television, a laptop and a digital camera. The suspects also damaged several walls and air vents in the residence.
