On October 20, 2010 at 10:08 p.m., Trooper Smith stopped a vehicle for traffic violations on Route 4 at Stoakley Road in Prince Frederick.
The driver, Travis T. Wills, 31 of Huntingtown, was arrested for driving under the influence. A search revealed that he was in possession of Marijuana and Cocaine.
He was incarcerated at the Calvert County Detention Center.
