DISORDERLY CONDUCT AND RESISTING ARREST: On April 7 at 11:45 p.m., officers responded to the 5200 block of

in Indian Head for the report of a domestic disturbance; it was the third time officers were called to the residence that day. As officers approached the house, a large group of people had gathered out front. The officers attempted to talk with the people involved in the dispute but two people in the group became disorderly and refused to comply with the officers’ requests. Delantea Jackson, 19, of Indian Head, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. Leonard Darnell Mackall, 21, of Indian Head was charged with resisting arrest.
