On June 23, 2015, inmate Jared Lee Mansfield, age 27, of Hughesville, was released from his cell to order commissary items.
As he walked past Correctional Officer J. Anderson, Mansfield kicked CO Anderson in the left leg.
Mansfield was charged with Assault on DOC Employee by Corporal D. Snyder.
