Edward Alan Deane, 49 of no fixed address, has been served with several no trespassing notices for the Three Oaks Men’s Shelter in Lexington Park.
On Nov. 23, Deane entered the Three Oaks Men’s Shelter and appeared to be intoxicated. Deane was asked by the manager of the shelter to leave which he refused. The Sheriff’s Office was contacted. Deputies found Deane sitting in the lobby of the shelter.
Edward Deane was arrested and charged with trespassing.
