On October 16, 2010 St. Mary’s County deputies responded to Bet Lane in Mechanicsville, for a report of a trespasser.
Investigation revealed Rosanne Elizabeth Nial, 33 of Lexington Park, was intoxicated and refused to leave the complainant’s property after being asked to do so several times.
Nial was arrested and charged with trespassing.
