My name is Tony Arterburn, I am veteran of Kosovo, Afghanistan, and Iraq. I served with Mr. John O’Connor during Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2003 to 2004. Every step of the way I knew that John had my back, even during some of the most difficult times of stress and combat.
I am honored to have served with such a man of character and steadfast dedication to the welfare of the others who served along side him. Mr. O’Connor is a Purple Heart recipient and has distinguished himself as a law enforcement officer during his time since the Military. I am proud to call him a friend and a brother.
