Make 2017 the healthiest year ever – The Jazzercise Way!
Charlotte Hall, MD – Staying committed to a new exercise routine may not be as easy as you thought. Being devoted to an exercise program may not be easy, but being a part of an exercise group like Jazzercise makes being committed to fitness not only possible but a real blast.
If you want to have fun while getting a full-body workout, then you need to join the thousands of people who have found Jazzercise. Jazzercise combines dance, strength, and resistance training with popular music for a fun, full-body aerobic workout. This fitness craze was founded in 1969ย and is now in over thirty-two countries.
Jazzercise has been popular because anyone can start taking a class regardless of body size or age. Another reason people try Jazzercise is that they see real results while having fun.
Co-Owner of the Charlotte Hall Jazzercise Fitness Center, Theresa Ward, told TheBayNet.com that โJazzercise is a pulse-pounding, beat-pumping fitness program that gets you resultsโฆfast. Itโs a calorie-torching, hip-swiveling dance party with a hot playlist to distract you from the burn. Our instructors are expertly trained to mix in new moves with hit music so classes are always different, keeping your workouts fresh and challenging.โ
Jazzercise franchise owners Cathy Farmer and Teresa Ward believe that exercise is an important aspect of living the best life we can. Farmer and Ward took over Charlotte Hall Jazzercise Sept. 1, 2016, because โWe understand that staying fit is not only a physical challenge, but it is also a mental one,โ said Ward.
The Charlotte Hall Jazzercise Fitness Center is proud to announce a new initiative for 2017 which supports the growth and development of young women aged 16 to 21, called โDubbed GirlForce.โ Ward said, โDubbed GirlForce is a program of free classes for girls aimed to empower young women by giving them a place where they belong to get fitย and learn healthy habits.โ
Charlotte Hall Jazzercise Fitness Center is conveniently located in the community at 30467 Potomac Way in Charlotte Hall and offers 25 classes weekly. The average size class is no larger than 13-15 people. This is the year for a new you. As with any new fitness program, individuals should consult their physician before starting. Research has proven, the average person who performs Jazzercise can burn up to 800 calories in one 60-minute class.ย
What makes instructors at Charlotte Hall Jazzercise different from other fitness programs is their specialized inclusive training. โOngoing specialized training programs ensure that instructors master our particular method which fuses cardio resistance training, pilates, yoga, kickboxing and modern dance,โ said Ward.
We want to share the love of Jazzercise by offering childcare services, specialty classes, one-on-one training, and gift certificates,โ said Ward. Make 2017 the healthiest year ever.
